hello!
I'm Charly, the voice and designer behind Pulp Paper Goods. Creating stunning stationery is honestly one of my favorite things to do. Whether for weddings, one-of-a-kind parties, or special gifts, I've been helping people put their ideas on paper since 2007.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Marketing (and a minor in Psychology, because why not?), I quickly realized that I needed a creative outlet. Pulp Paper Goods began with simple side projects for friends and family, but grew into what most folks would call a "real job" when my Etsy shop, which played a *huge* role in my transition to full-time business owner, gained traction in 2013.
And here I am today, still kickin' out paper products years later. I often think how lucky and immensely grateful I am that I get to do something that I enjoy every day. It's not always fun, and certainly not always easy, but I can't imagine doing anything else. I don't like to say that I'm self-taught, but crowd-sourced. Since I don't have a formal education in design, everything I've learned, I owe to those who have inspired and supported me along the way.
Aside from paper crafting, you can find me traveling around in my tiny home-on-wheels with my corgi sidekick, Ranger. Follow our non-paper related adventures @wherescharly on Instagram.
